How do your limited drops work?
We release collections in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it is rarely restocked to maintain the exclusivity of the design.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How should I care for my embroidered garments?
To preserve the quality of the embroidery, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
