We want you to be fully satisfied with your derschutze purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original derschutze packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
